Bica is a personal finance application that connects to your bank accounts via Open Banking and provides AI-powered transaction categorization and financial insights. The service is provided "as is" during the beta period.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. Bank connections

Bica connects to your bank accounts through regulated third-party Open Banking providers. We only request read-only access and cannot initiate payments or transfers on your behalf.

4. Beta access

During the beta period, features may change, and the service may experience interruptions. We appreciate your patience and feedback as we improve the product.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

Bica provides financial information for personal use only. We are not a financial advisor. The information displayed should not be considered financial advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on information shown in the app.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
